Apartments
I'm going to be a freshman next year and plan to live in the dorms, but want to move to an apartment my sophomore year. I heard the "good" apartments fill up really quickly. I'm afraid I'm not going to get the apartment I want! When do I need to start looking and when do I need to sign my lease?

being prepared is always a good thing. Yes, it is true that apartments do really go fast, especially the good ones. You should start looking for an apartment as soon as you think you have made friends you want to live with!
